Dr. Vijay Kumar of West Branch was arrested on July 21, 2015 for a number of charges, including insurance fraud and criminal sexual conduct with a minor. While those charges are pending and the investigation continues, his suspended medical license was reinstated last week. Dr. Kumar is also a Republican candidate for state representative in the 103rd district according to his campaign website.
The physical therapist owns and operates Adapt or Agility physical therapy clinics in West Branch, Prescott, Rose City, Hale and St. Helen.
The investigation into insurance fraud is ongoing. The investigation into the criminal sexual conduct charge began September 10, 2015.
Republican Vijay Kumar is in good company in the Michigan Republican Party. early this morning, the State House committee voted to expel tea party politician Cindy Gamrat, while her lover and tea party partner, Todd Courser resigned in disgrace. Kumar will run for office, and despite the alleged sexual assault, insurance fraud, Medicaid fraud, and Medicare fraud, people will vote for him simply because there’s an R next to his name. Trash and criminals are all the Republican Party have left.

I know that it’s been awhile since this piece was written, so in an attempt to let a good honest man get on with his life, would you be willing to edit your post to include this? Now that it has been a few years, more has come to light on what actually happened here. A quick internet search will prove this as well. The sexual assault charges in particular were put into motion in an attempt to slander. It wasn’t motivated by either political party, but another individual. I myself am a staunch liberal and was originally appalled by this news. Public opinion is swayed too easily. We live in a system of guilty before proven innocent. However, once the damage has been done, it’s almost impossible to help somebody puck up the pieces and move on. I would not make this request if I truly didn’t feel it was justified. Mr Kumar has halted his political ambitions as well and has become a friend and beloved member of his city. If you have any shred of decency in you, you’ll research this and find out. You have done nothing wrong in voicing your opinion. At the time this post was written, judgement was made on available information. I urge you to do the same now. While they pledge allegiance to God, Guns and an Oligarch Billionaire-who’s history is to fleece everyone around him & renege on his debts, MANY of them are being caught red handed. The conservative pastors, priests and politicians are SO OFTEN caught with hookers, their gay partner/mistress or arrested for rape/assault/child molesting -theft/graft/corruption, all the while their little wife stands by their side. GOP leaders are proving to be false idols but their voters are too stupid to see that. So yes, one must ponder why those ignorant/uninformed or just plain crazy voters can re-elect those morally indecent pieces of crap?! It’s fun to know people in Oklahoma find Michigan politics so interesting!

Admittedly this is not the Journal Register or the Morning Sun. This is a blog, which means since I own it I can write whatever I want. You must only object to the end of my piece, because everything before that is very factual and if I must say, completely objective.
At the time I wrote this, two other Republicans who were all god country family in public were shtupping each other in their taxpayer funded offices in Lansing. Then Republican Vijay Kumar is arrested and charged with fraud and CSC charges. It’s not my fault these people pretend to be the family values candidates when they obviously have no moral compass at all.
And I couldn’t help but notice your jab at Hillary Clinton. Oops, not very objective of you. Better take care of your own glass house.

That was the point…..I did exactly what you did. And based on other things I’ve been reading….it appears that some, if possibly not all, have been dropped. That might be s little more fitting of your time.
